I ordered a customised hanbok and Hyeonmi was very responsive and quick with communication.
I provided detailed measurements and she even created a new reference image showing the exact skirt length I wanted, which I really appreciated.
The first skirt arrived much longer than agreed, but once I raised the issue she handled it professionally and remade it.
The replacement was sent promptly and turned out exactly as requested — the perfect length and beautifully made.
I’m grateful for how quickly she resolved the issue and for the care she put into the final piece.
